Online-Kommentare unserer Kunden: i taste it at new Guy Savoy, Las VEGAS it4S A PERFECT wINE how i can buy it (abadie888@gmail.com, 18.10.2006) The 2004 Gunderloch Nackenheim Rothenberg Riesling Auslese has a nectareous bouquet that leaps from the glass. Initially sweet cone honey-scented, then releasing an exotic melange of ripe peaches, apricots, hints of raspberry, fresh pineapple, Turkish delight and muscatels, with background notes of citrus and Seville orange. There is a subtle muskiness of botrytis and Icing sugar sweetness amongst fresh minty acidity and flinty minerality. Juicy and glycerol in the mouth, exuberant with ripe poached peaches and apricots with layers of honey and palm sugar sweetness, counterbalanced by the piquancy of orange marmalade characters. The mid-palate displays noticeable botrytis in an earthy pungent papaya flavor but as the wine breaths out reveals its riesling core of lime, slate and flintiness. Sweetness and tanginess linger in tandem, welded together to the very end. Ambrosial nectar so evocatively perfumed it is tempting to dab a little behind the ears. (Curtis Marsh, 18.12.2006) |
